From New York with Love: a vision in grey
In a world where we are surrounded with color it is sometimes peaceful to live without it. Some might argue that gray is a color and that white is the addition of all colors, but when all is said and done gray and white are as neutral as it gets when it comes to home décor.
This NYC apartment is the epitome of this monochromatic palette. The magic of this house lies somewhere between the light peeking through the windows, the height of the ceilings and the intricate play of vintage and new furniture.
Black elements are used to punctuate the space and make statements, a little bit like the black notes on a piano filled with white keys.
I am particularly partial to the mirrors that reflect the light and add character to the walls devoid of any artifice.
Another excellent reason why I love New York so much. Enough said…I rest my case.
