An over scale canvas dresses the otherwise small room its stature
I am not one for extremes, I usually navigate very comfortably in neutral palettes accented with hits of colour here and there. Noting to committal the cannot be changed at whim. Resale value they say… Although I agree intently, I also add that it is for fear of getting tired of a colour scheme that is to zealous and costly to remove.
But there are always exceptions to every rule, and this loft is one. I immediately fell under the spell of the black and white palette, both luminous and dramatic. In the living room big pieces of art take on extra drama in a small room like this.

The kitchen, although small in scale is nothing short that a showstopper with its Italian marble backsplash and countertop. Elsewhere, carefully selected pieces of art are left to shine against the neutral backdrop in the living area.
The open wardrobe is both functional and stylish
As square footage of this tiny loft is meticulously counted, even square centimeter is put to good use. Closets are thought with functionality and aesthetics in mind, the bedroom sprawls elegantly in a mezzanine space, leaving plenty of room for a lavish collection of books.
